Seated Twist

Any time throughout the day, take a few moments for a seated twist break. To do this, simply sit squarely in your seat, feet flat on the ground. Take a long inhale into the diaphragm and lengthen the spine until you are sitting as tall as you can.

Circle your shoulders slightly bringing them away from the ears. Exhale.

Inhale and raise your arms above you towards the sky, and with your sit bones still flatly on your chair, bring one arm behind you and one arm to your side for a twist. Exhale. Inhale, feel the twist melt away stress as it rings out your spine and internal organs. Exhale.

Inhale arms come back up towards the sky and back down to your knees.

Repeat on the other side.
