Reach out

Notice when you are getting to the point of feeling overwhelmed, discouraged or lonely.  Now: Reach out! This may be a making phone call or going for a walk with a friend. Sometimes it might be as simple as saying “hey, I could use some company”. You don’t necessarily even have to share what is on your mind, sometimes it is enough to get out of your head and share your space positively with someone else. Be mindful of when you need to ask for help and allow it to happen. Mindfulness of this need will place you in situations to do the same for others.
