Light

Notice the soft light of the evening sun. This is the time in between your workday and sleep. This is the time before sunset when the sun hangs low in the sky. This is a gentle light. Allow the light to bathe you in its brightness. Allow the light to remind you that there is beauty in the world. Take just a few moments to enjoy it. Perhaps close your eyes. Feel the light wash over you  and let go of the events and thoughts of the day.
