Grateful

A regular gratitude practice is simple to accomplish and can have far reaching positive impacts on your wellness and everyday happiness. Some days this practice will be easy, and others it will take intention. 

To practice simply take out a pen and paper and write down 3-5 things you are grateful for. They can be as simple as, “I am thankful for my favorite handmade mug to drink tea from”, to “I am thankful for my home.”
