Flower

Walk outside, close to your home, or maybe out in nature. Or perhaps you notice a a flower in your home. Find a flower that captivates your attention. 

Describe the flower in detail: what do the petals look like? how many are there? what is their shape? how do they feel like to the touch? what emotion do they evoke? does the flower have a scent? what is the flower growing next to? Notice everything about this flower. Engage all of your senses in this investigative journey. Take your time with this experience.
