Feel the Rhythm!

Set a timer for 3 minutes. Take an inhale, then exhale all the way out and hold for just a moment. Close your eyes and tune in.  Notice how you feel in the body today. Do you feel energized? Are you calm? Are you tired? Throughout this exercise, pay attention to how your feel in your body. 

With your eyes open or closed, begin to move your body in a way that feels right for you today. Perhaps you begin with slow stretching movements. Notice your breath and move with your breath.

Next, if you’d like, begin to move in a way that allows you to find your inner rhythm.  This might mean moving with your breath, moving to a beat, spinning, flowing with your arms, or drumming your feet on the floor.

Whatever you decide to do – FEEL THE RHYTHM OF YOUR BODY and NOTICE your being FILL WITH JOY!
