Dance

There is power in free form movement, particularly in the form of dance. This is not about doing the right moves, or dancing any particular style. This is about you finding joy in movement. 

Create some space.  

Turn up the beats and begin to move. 

There is no audience, no judge, no partner. Just you and movement. Move in any way that feels freeing and joyful. 

Allow yourself to be completely present in this experience. Notice what happens in the body, notice your thoughts, and most importantly allow this movement to move you to joy and a sense of freedom and power.
