Come to your senses: Taste

Take a few moments to savor the taste of the food or the drink that you have in your hand. As you take a bite or a sip, take your time.

Allow the food or drink to slowly settle into the taste buds.

Pause between bites/sips and allow yourself to notice all the nuances of taste. How does the taste settle immediately? After 10 seconds? Allow this process to slow down the process of eating/drinking.
