Accomplish

There is power in visualization for the accomplishment of your goals. Once a day, pay attention to the goal you are working towards and for a moment, and visualize yourself accomplishing this goal. Take a few moments out of every day, perhaps at the beginning of the day to do this. The power of positive thinking and visualization is limitless. 

To begin, in your mind’s eye, see yourself accomplishing your goal.  Notice who are you having had accomplished this goal. Notice how you feel, notice the sensations in the body, emotions and thoughts. Take a long breath in. Savor this experience. Sit here for as long as you would like.
