Mindfulness is the practice of noticing what is, in the moment, without judgement or the need to change it. Mindfulness is also noticing what is happening in the body in order to calm the mind. It can also bring joy in the moment. 

Visualization tunes the mind and the body to positive experiences and thoughts, as well as to the restorative power of the outdoors. By regularly tuning the mind to beauty, one can find relief from stress and find lasting tranquility.
